What to wear

Comfort and freedom come first.

During the retreat, we’ll move through practices that involve breath, movement, stillness, and sometimes deep physical connection. For this, we recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to feel both relaxed and connected to your body.

You can bring:

  • Light layers (to stay warm or cool as needed)

  • Yoga-style clothing or soft fabrics

  • A sarong or shawl for covering up during sessions

  • Swimwear (for the pool and possible water moments)

  • A set of clothes that make you feel beautiful, sensual, or empowered

For Shibari and Conscious Touch sessions:

  • You can choose to wear underwear, stay partially clothed, or use a sarong or towel. There will be no full nudity in the workshop space.

  • Consent is central — you will never be asked to do anything you're not comfortable with.

This retreat is about safety, self-expression, and authenticity. Come as you are, and bring what makes you feel most at home in your body.
